Hello,
Well the first thing to check is do you have to correct Charger and Battery. Are they wired correctly. The fuse is used in the charging circuit, 6V 5AMP, if that can't be found a 5AMP fuse will do.

Many robots have worked after sitting for long periods of time after new battery was installed.

Do you get the front display working with the two "AA" battery installed? Does the remote have a red light when you turn it on?
